Women always want to appear lovely and elegant. It is a part of their nature to try to make an impression by looks and appearances on everyone they meet. However, additional weight and fat can create severe problems in their goal, chiefly after their 40s when most women build up a sort of inferiority complex which derives them to take dreadful measures to look pleasant in front of others.

It might not be just to delight others and produce an intuition, but also to become satisfied with themselves. Most women feel secure when they are in good shape because they feel themselves respectable to others, and thus are more self-assured of their look. However, it is only natural that with age fats start to accumulate in the body thus making it look sloppy and unappealing to others.

Therefore, women try their best to look as much in shape as possible, especially those women who want to wear stylish clothes with tight fittings. Summer is especially very problematic for such women, because summer clothes are generally thin with tight fittings making the body fat look more prominent, and thus a sense of insecurity develops in such women.

Belly fat is the most problematical of all as it is the most palpable and makes the whole body look highly unattractive and un-presentable. It not only makes the look poor, but is also a health hazard. Fats are very perilous for the body where ever they begin to accumulate. They create many health problems such as heart and liver problems, joint pains, diabetes etc.

There are typically two scenarios for accretion of belly fat. Either it accumulates beneath the skin on top of the belly muscles, or it accumulates beneath the belly muscles. In the first case situation, it is only displeasing to the eye and is no serious peril to health, however, in the second case situation; it becomes very perilous for health as well.

Fat accumulation under the belly muscles is dangerous because it starts to surround the internal organs and releases unwanted fatty acids in the blood stream which makes the blood thicker thus causing heart problems. It may also release enzymes and hormones which creates a misbalance in the natural metabolism of the body causing adverse effects on overall health.

This state of affairs is chiefly perilous for women over 40 years of age because the hormone unhinge in the body makes it hard to lose the extra repellent looking body fat, and thus poses a continuous danger to health also. Generally, the hazardous under belly muscle fat is formed by irregular eating habits and lack of exercise.

Therefore, to certify that such insecure belly fat does not pile up at a later stage, everyone should uphold a balanced healthy diet and do typical exercise to burn off that extra fat. This problem is found among both men and women; however, women are generally the most common fatalities of excess body fat, probably due to lack of exercise. Therefore, apt care should be taken in developing eating habits and regular work out should be maintained. A little effort in your youth can save you from trouble at a later stage.

Health and body fitness is one of the main concerns of women these days. Women always want to remain healthy and attractive. Many people believe that health always declines with age; however, this is not entirely true as it has been proven by medical research that health can in fact improve with age. The popular conception has been formed because of various observations which show that the body generally becomes weak and deteriorates with age.

However, people fail to detect the various factors that are involved in the formulation of this common observation. People discount past condition problems and malnutrition in their youth, and blame old age for their failing fitness. It has been proven by various other explanations that those who worry about their diet and other factors connected with good health in fact live longer and healthier than others.

First of all, our behaviour and habits are the main driving force behind our fitness conditions. If the lifestyle is not aptly logical and our activities go against nature and do not fulfil the requirement for proper growth and healthy development of the body, then such habits and lifestyles undoubtedly lead to failing health in the future.

On the other hand, if the standard of living and habits are appropriately managed and contain normal healthy exercise and reasonable nutrition diet, then such way of life definitely result in a favourable and healthy future. Many people have habits such as smoking, laziness, lack of exercise, etc these habits may even be found among women, and are thus a major cause of their swiftly failing health. Similarly, overburdening the body with heavy exercises of work might also result in adverse health conditions.

The second most significant thing for a healthier future is a fair diet. It has been a general study that those who stick to natural foods and try to evade unnaturally manufactured and rubbish food have a healthier life than those who do not evade the consumption of these products. Also, many people fail to get the appropriate nutrition in their diets and, thus they require supplements to fulfil this need.

Those who are not competent to take these supplements or discount them usually have pitiable health. For example, omega 3 is a fatty acid which is one of the two necessary fatty acids required by the body for apt function and healthy development. Lack of this fatty acid can cause mental deterioration and may even cause brain impairment.

The third most considerable step for healthier aging is movement. Generally, women who are house wives do not find adequate opportunities to uphold the essential amount of movement for a healthier life. Especially due to the creation of up to date technology, most of the work is done by machines and does not employ much physical exertion. Therefore, such women should maintain proper exercise to ensure regular movement of their joints.

The fourth most significant aspect involved in healthier aging is psychological health. Those who take too much psychological pressure for one reason or the other lean to have faster worsening than those who live a tension free life. Therefore, you should give sufficient significance to mental relaxation as well. Regular excursion trips often prove out to be helpful in relieving mental stress.
