Dating Advice… What Is Too Slow?
Ok I’m dating this woman but quite frankly I think she is a bit odd. I’ve had 3 dates with her. One at a coffee shop and two for dinner. I called her on the phone to see if she wanted to see a movie and get dinner. She said “we hadn’t been going out long enough to see a movie”. WTF? On the second date I went to kiss her and she turned her head. 3rd date I just gave her a hug. I may have a 4th date with her. IF and when I do I’m going to find out if she is super religious or something. I don’t need this BS I’ve had it before. I feel like I’m getting used. For dinner.
So do I have a right to be mad?

But is she worth the wait? That’s the question.
You don’t have a right to be mad, but you do have a right to move on if she’s not what you’re looking for, and how fast you like to move does factor into that.
Yes, she is being a bit over the top, but its up to you if you’re going to go along with it.

I don’t see what’s wrong with a movie date that was my second date. As for the kiss, maybe she has never been kissed and is nervous. Maybe she is afraid that it will leave to the birth of a baby. I am 24 and have never been kissed. I have never felt it was the right moment. I don’t want to force myself to do it, it should come naturally. She might be a virgin that has high morals.

Well first how are you being used if you are asking her out to dinner? As for the movie, maybe she is not feeling comfortable enough with you yet to be in that situation. You sound as if you are “expecting” something from taking her out on a date… you should never “expect” anything and let things fall as they do… it is not BS….and you have no right to be mad.
