Does Anybody Have Any Dating Advice?
OK, so this guy definitely likes me (He told me) and one other girl. She is definitely not interested (She already likes a guy, and he likes her back), and I’m a little bit interested in the guy that likes us. He’s not the coolest guy, but he’s tall, blonde, athletic, and funny. If people knew we were going out (If that ever happened) they’d be like “.. You went out with Him?? Why??”
And I know that I shouldn’t care what others say about him, but I made the mistake of going out with someone in the beginning of the year for 3 days (I dumped him . . . ) and people still won’t live it down haha. So I’m trying to be more cautious this time. . . 
I’m so confused, and I’d REALLY appreciate any good advice. Especially since it’s summer!

Just take it slowly, spend time with him, and there is no reason why you have to out a label on your relationship right away. You shouldn’t care about what others think, and who cares if you are trying to live down your other relationship. Just make sure that you are certain of your feelings.

This is shallow- but… if you are a hot enough girl, dating him will only make that nerdy guy look hotter in everyone else’s eye’s, because they’ll see what you saw in him.

i can understand where you are coming from b/c i used to have a crush on this guy and i like him a ton but i never went out with him b/c i was scared of what people would say and i really regret not dating him so don’t be afraid of what people say and do what you think is best

If you really want to go out with him do it. If you are not comfortable with ppl knowing. do not say anything until they ask. You have a right not to tell anyone anything. Just make sure it he cool with it too.

You shouldn’t have to ask anyone here. If you like the guy, who cares what other people say? The only person’s happiness that you have to worry about is your own. Do what you want, honey.

Don’t care what others think. Follow your heart. But make sure your heart has enough information. I’ve been in the same situation. If you genuinely like the guy, go for it and screw what your friends say.

I second Jeremy’s answer. In this world, outside of high school, nobody cares what you do or who you do it with. If you like him screw everyone else this could be your one true love.

Be a little cautious but go out somewhere to get to know him. Watch out for the red flag that may pop up-it’s your instinct and it’s right.

Girl you really shouldnt care what otherz think sum ppl will alwayz thing negative. Be sure he likes u as much as you like him though and get to know him a bit. Do what makes u happy not wat makes ppl happy
