Ok, I’m a 19 year old lesbian and I’ve been dating this 21 year old chick who’s bi and she’s having trouble getting over her ex-boyfriend. I really like her and she said that I make her feel happy like she used to. Her ex is this total asshole that used to hit her. She dated him for about two years.I think she’s not talking to him anymore but they live in the same city so idk… How do I help her get over him? or How do I get her to realize that I’m the person she should be with?

I know you don’t want to hear this but you can’t convince her to feel anything. You are jus going to have to be there for her and show her that you won’t treat her like he would or did. Just trust her. She’ll do the right thing in the end.

You need to get over the prejudice of bisexuals. Bisexuals are not nymphos who sleep with every and anything. If she does care for you then the fact that she is a bisexual and also likes males shouldn’t matter. Would you rather her cheat on you with a girl instead of a guy? Cheating is still cheating. And you can’t make her realize anything she has got to do it on her own. That is just the way love goes.

sit back and be there for her when she needs you but dont push anything, if you do that she might get a little aggrivated with you, if the guys an *** like you say he is he will dig his own grave and look worse and worse to her, while you just keep looking better and better, just have patience.

You cant its something she has to work out for herself which hopeful when she gets older she will see how lucky she is to have you and what a *** the ex is
Just carry on and enjoy each other and dont stress about it

make sure you are there for her, and that she knows that she can talk to you about anything without you freaking out or anything like that. I think it’s great that you are trying to get her past her ex, and with little steps, I think you will be able to.
