More people wanting to develop strength and increase muscle mass in their body take up weight training and body building. Even women at full link are now into this. Lastly, for those who want to lift weight, they have to develop their endurance by undergoing endurance training. This program would need you to do several reps, at least 15 and above, using a much lower weight. Most basketball and soccer players have to go through endurance training to make them effective in their sports.

These three different types of training can help you reach your goal of wanting to build a good physique at the same time, improving strength and endurance.
