Maybe she is just busy, or maybe she has a boyfriend? Just ask her like "heyy, want to go to starbucks?" or something like that... something low key, with alot of people... but dont ask her on Thursday "heyy want to go to starbucks with me next week?" thats just dorky... She's clearly given you open opportunities to act on this, and waiting for you to be a man about it...which you haven't really done. You're too busy being stuck in wuss mode, and steadily losing ground. She wanted you to take charge...you didn't. Get your self-confidence together, or you're gonna blow it. Call her up and say, "Hey, I've got two tickets for ____," or something else, but have a plan and act on it. Keep dragging your feet and being "mealy-mouthed" about it, and she's gonna bail (if she hasn't already) The universal truth is: WOMEN ARE NOT ATTRACTED TO WEAK MEN!!! If she acts over-excited and plans to specifically go out with you, she might be scared at the fact that you may interpret it as a date. If she didn't want to go out with you at all, I'm sure she would have told you. Just play it cook and see what happens...that's why they call it dating, you're not set to marry the girl :) Good luck!
