Sometimes it happens that you go somewhere and there you have a chance to meet a new guy. He seemed nice to you and interested but he then never calls you back. There are few possibilities why guys get the number and never call.

Number 1 is that guys are usually lazy. They spend their time without any set priorities and when they remember that they took a number from a girl, weeks have already passed by so they decide to drop the idea of calling and look for someone else instead.

Besides laziness there is egoism too, you could be his ego target. He would have seen you somewhere and simply for his satisfaction he took your number and never had any plan to call you.

The reason of needing an ego boost is quite normally the case because when a guy gets some attention from a girl he gets flattered and it boosts his ego.

You may be that lucky girl to get over a guy who just wanted to have a fling or sex with you and later he wouldn’t have called, maybe because he thought you may not have been the right girl for him.

Some girls just wonder and even feel sad over the idea that a guy got their number and didn’t call back. So keep this in mind; if the guy wanted to genuinely get involved with you, he would call you for sure.

Sometimes guys think that if the girl is interested in him, she would be the one who would call him. However, as a girl you may be expecting the first call from him. Forget the rules and call him first if you like him.

If you think a guy to be the right one for you then you wouldn’t have to do anything at all. Just be his ideal girl so that even if he has to do something important he would take some time out of it to call you.
