Girlfriend?
My girlfriend wants a kitty and i want to suprise her with one. Where is a good place to get one? A little Kitten.

A kitty is not a toy or a piece of jewellery. It stays alive for 10 to 12 years. Hope your relationship with your girlfriends has equally good prospects. If your girlfriend dumps you (as they do) is she going to continue loving your “kitty present”? Give her chocolates and flowers - keep live things like pets and children for now out of the equation.

Please don’t buy a kitty for your girlfriend without telling her. Pets should never be surprise gifts. Cats can live for 15-20 years so your girlfriend needs to be prepared for that sort of committment. Please discuss it with her and if she would like to have a cat then by all means go with her to look at kittens and pay the price/adoption fee if she chooses one. But she needs to think carefully about whether a cat will fit into her lifestyle.

You should see if there are any shelters near you, especially if they are the type that put the animals down if they are not taken by anyone. Your girlfriend will be impressed with how you saved the kitty’s life
Try to find a male cat - they are actually much sweeter and more fun than female cats, usually.

adopt one from the pound… it’s a win win situation kitty gets loving home, girlfriend gets kitty, and you’re a hero for doing a rescue thing… talk about getting points with her….!

If you live in L.A well i live in beverly hillss but there is this awesome one in Torrance and it is called Animal Lovers and they are about $40 i got both my cats there and neither one has ever been sick and they are so adorable!Or Petco on animal adoption day. Or also my boyfriend got one for me from a save a animal resuce place it is like all animals that have been abused:) Hope this helps good luck dude:)
