What Dating Advice Would You Give Jennifer Aniston?
According to my favourite gossip magazine this week :

“A distraught Jennifer Aniston is at the lowest point in her personal life, struggling to cope with the fact that she is alone and may never have a family. The unlucky in love actress had hoped turning 40 in February would herald the start of a happy new chapter in he life, telling friends that she wanted to be married and pregnant by the end of 2009″
Now I take what i read in these types of magazines with a grain of salt but it has to be said that Jennifer doesn’t seem to have a very good track record when it comes to men and dating. So what advice would you give her about men and dating?

I was just watching the movie Hitch and had this debate with a friend. Say you hired a dating coach. Would you feel more comfortable if the dating coach was the same sex as you, or of the opposite sex?
Advice From Women: What Advice Would You Give To Your Son Or Brother About Dating, Relationships, Etc?
I’m convinced that a big part of the gender wars is that women, in particular, our mothers teach men very little about the opposite sex and how to be successful with the opposite sex. Women and men train their daughters and give them perspective about dating, relationships, marriage etc. Daughters are cherished, coddled, and protected in regards to these issues. Men however are left to fend for themselves and have to resort to trial and error in this arena. For those who find success, they’re able to build and maintain intimate relationships with the opposite sex and are highly sought after. For those who don’t find success, they’re the losers, the creepy guys, the desperate, and the lonely. Why our women failing our boys and young men in this arena? It seems that women even want superiority here as well.

Yes, I would listen to her advice, but I would only follow it if I wanted to still be single at 38! (Which probably wouldn’t be all that bad, come to think of it.) Maybe you should use her advice as a guide to what NOT to do.
